THE COTTAGES AND APARTMENTS
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF UPDATING SOME PHOTOS.

Since taking ownership in February 2018 we have had new roofs on two blocks, with the third block having had the roof renovated. Several cottages/apartments have also undergone both internal and external improvement. Improvements are on-going as individual accommodations become vacant, in readiness for new occupants.

The cottages are ground floor and located in the fully gated and fenced grounds, and each have their own individual veranda/patio area.
The apartments are situated on the first floor and overlook the gardens and the now salt swimming pool, with balconies where you can sit to view the beautiful sunsets.

We are pleased to add that following 4 months of major renovation in 2019 to the large communal swimming pool, 18 metres x 9 metres, with a shallow end. We also converted the pool system to being a Salt water pool, which is so much better.

There is a large barbecue in the grounds for plenty of al-fresco dining.

Next door to Tranquil is the ever popular traditional Restaurante O Foral with bar, which offers outside dining if preferred and which also caters for Vegans. There are plenty of typical Portuguese restaurants and bars within a few kilometers of Tranquil, where the prices are a fraction of those in the main tourist areas.

There is parking available at the front entrance of the grounds.

We ask that residents and visitors please ensure that the gates are closed properly upon entering and leaving, so as to avoid letting out any dog(s).

	ADDITIONAL FACILITIES AND INFORMATION:  Washing machines (3) small extra charge per each wash. Car is essential for shopping although cycles or motorcycles are alternatives for getting around..
