We are a small family run business.
We have one and two bedroom cottages and apartments, set in lovely gardens with a large communal swimming pool, which we have had converted to salt water.
Unlike the majority of rentals here in the Algarve, we will not ask you to leave prior to the start of the summer season so as to cater for the influx of holiday makers and treble the rental price!
With great prices for long term rentals the dream is within your reach, each cottage and apartment are different and as such are individually priced. Please contact us for details and to check availability.
Many people of all age groups and backgrounds are choosing to move to the Algarve for the great climate, lovely countryside, beaches and friendly Portuguese. If you own your own property (for example in the UK) do it the wise way, rent out your property giving you extra income and you may be amazed at just how much you may receive. You will find that the cost of living in the Algarve is cheaper and your money goes further.
You can rent one of our cottages or apartments and see if the Algarve lifestyle is for you. If it isn't you will still have your original property and you can move back with the memories of your time in the Algarve.
